Air Distribution Header

  • Engineered

  • Retro-fitted 2 Atlas-Copco ZR6 2400 cfm air compressors to air dryer system with all 6" sch 10 buttweld pipe, without downtime.

 

  

 

 

 

Multi-Stage Pump Rebuild

  • Complete Rebuild

  • Scheduled 5 year rebuild of a multi-stage high pressure pump

  • Including new rotating assembly

  • Renewed to factory specifications:  including all new bearings, wear rings, and tolerances

  • Precision alignment of turbine to pump

 

  

 

 

 

Customized Precision Fabrication

  • Replaced conventional type fabric expansion joint on a fuel-distribution chute with new design

  • Eliminated plugged chutes and downtime

  • Fabricated with AR plate with extended life; Life expectancy unknown (>5 years on current installation)

 

  
     

 

Boiler Feed Water Supply Header

  • Due to safety concern and inconvenience, a new design was required

  • Piping system design for high pressure boiler feed water

  • Relocated all associated valves

  • Incorporated hot standby inlet

  • Incorporated DI water inlet

  • Provided all design and fabrication for 4" sch 80 carbon steel system

  
     

 

 

Condensate Collection Pump

  • Complete re-build including new bearings and rotating assembly

  • Due to the cost of treated water, packing arrangement had become an excessive expense due to condensate loss, pump wear, & downtime

  • Installed mechanical seals on a split-casing pump

  • Developed & fabricated tool for machining stuffing box face to accept mechanical seal

  • Provided yet another innovative, money-saving solution to a continuous problem!!
